This is the service most Dunkirk houses need first, and the reason is the town's build history. Shores of Calvert went up 1973 to 1981, Ferry Landing Woods 1976 to 1983, Bay Country 1982 to 1988, Calvert Estates 1986 to 1987. Those houses are now on their third repaint, which means the condition of the last two preparations matters more than the paint you pick this time.

Where the siding is hardboard, the failure is predictable and it is not cosmetic: moisture gets in at the lap joints and the bottom courses, the compressed fiber swells, and it does not go back.
